Description

Vishnu Sahasranama is a major hymn with thousands of names of Lord Vishnu. 
Different versions of it are available in Mahabharata, Padma Purana and Matsya Purana. 
Each name given in the Stotra informs some of the innumerable qualities of Shri Vishnu. 
Devotees of Vishnu recite it in the morning. It is believed that human desires are fulfilled by listening or reciting it.
