Shipping & Refunds Policy

All the items purchased from TheVedicHelpline.com are shipped within 1-2 days of purchase vide Fedex/UPS/DHL/TNT/Indian Postal services. The shipping charges depend on the volume of the items and will be added to your cart when you checkout. The delivery time is 3-4 days across the world. We will email you the tracking no. as soon as the order is shipped and you can track the status at the relevant courier service website.

CUSTOM DUTIES:

Most of the shipments are received by the customers without any duty charge levied on them. However, custom duties if applicable, have to be borne by the recipient of the goods.

 

RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY


At The VedicHelpline, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 10 days of receipt. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the item purchased (less Shipping charge) . Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card or paypal, once we receive the product we will credit your account.

How to return or exchange an item:

Please send us an email at evidhipujan@gmail.com before initiating the return. We recommend you to send via a reliable courier or Speed post with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Pack the product in a slim pack with bubble packing so that they are safe during transit.
